Jeremiah’s Place Junior Senior Summer Program:

Campers have the opportunity to be around adult students and experience a more mature classroom setting as they are getting ready to transition from high school to adulthood. Activities include physical fitness, art classes, science and biology lessons, history lessons, life skill lessons, and more.

The camp will be twice a week (Tues/Thurs) for 4 weeks.

Ages: Juniors and Seniors in High School

Dates: 7/8, 7/10, 7/15, 7/17, 7/22, 7/24, 7/29, 7/31 (Tuesday & Thursday for 4 Weeks)

Time: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM Location: Grace Church - 6901 San Antonio Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109

Participants: Individuals with Down Syndrome

Max # of Participants: 6
