Hero's Path Palliative Care and Ciudad SWCD, in partnership with the CABQ Open Space Division, invites you to join us to table or workshop at our upcoming Resource Fair. Our goal for this resource fair is to bring together partners and collaborators to engage with community members with medical complexity and disability. Together, we will table with information and activities to empower attendees with knowledge of accessible outdoor spaces, health and wellness and services to support their families.

We will have nurses and educators onsite with activities for medically complex children, their siblings and all visitors so their parents/caregivers can explore the fair.
