Event Description: This music therapy group is for teens and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to meet, socialize, and build connections through active music-making. Led by music therapy intern Judy Castro, participants will engage in a variety of musical experiences while focusing on strengthening confidence, self-expression, and connecting with peers through music. Group interventions include moving to music, singing, instrument play, and songwriting within a fun and supportive atmosphere.
