Gabriel Anzueto, MD

Gabriel Anzueto, MD, serves as Chief of the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics at McGovern Medical School, UTHealth Houston. As the Raghuthaman Family Endowed Professor in Pediatric Neurology and Developmental & Behavioral Pediatrics, Dr. Anzueto dedicates his clinical and academic work to reducing disparities in access to high-quality neurodevelopmental evaluation and care. As the only native Spanish-speaking Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician in the greater Houston area, he is deeply committed to serving families from diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives. Dr. Anzueto proudly serves at a hub team member for the UNM/UTHealth Early Diagnosis Autism ECHO.

Allison Meyer, PhD

Allison Meyer, PhD is a clinical psychologist and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. For the past 5 years, she has been the Director of Psychology at the Anna and John J. Sie Center for Down Syndrome at Children’s Hospital Colorado. She supports the behavioral, mental health, and neurodevelopmental needs for individuals with Down syndrome. Dr. Meyer has 15+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, with a particular interest in understanding anxiety and emotion dysregulation in individuals with intellectual disability. She completed her training at the TEACCH Autism Program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and JFK Partners at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. ?
