Please join RGDSN and Project Heart Start for CPR training at New Heart Fitness and Health on April 23rd from 10-10:45 AM.

• Location & Directions: 601 Lomas Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
• Details: New Heart Fitness and Health will provide all necessary training materials and manikins here at our location. Your members and caregivers do not need to bring anything or do any advanced prep.

Please note– this is not a CPR certification class, but will teach us the skills help someone who is choking. Max Attendance is 15-20 people.
